Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your order at any time. You will then no longer be bound by your order. You do not need to provide a reason for canceling the order. You may cancel the order by sending a statement on a durable medium or by returning the goods. Your notice of cancellation or the return of the goods must be made within two weeks of receiving the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the cancellation (either by submitting a notice or by returning the goods) within the two-week period.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, you are required to return the delivered item(s) to MASC Bauartikel Vertriebs GmbH; MASC Bauartikel Vertriebs GmbH is required to refund any purchase price already paid. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods if the value of the order does not exceed 40 euros. If you have already started using the delivered goods, you are obligated to compensate MASC Bauartikel Vertriebs GmbH for their value in use.

Note: We must inform you that the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for audio and video recordings (e.g., DVDs, videocassettes) if you have broken the seal on the delivered media.
